Free Vitamin D Supplements [NHS – high risk]

There’s a new NHS service that gives you 4 months free supply of Vitamin D supplements (to last you the winter) if you are at high risk from Coronavirus COVID-19. You can make 1 application for vitamin D supplements. You need to apply before 4 January 2021.
