⏳ How to Claim & Delivery

• 🏃 Act Fast: Tickets are given away on a first-come, first-served basis, with 2,500 pairs available for each event.
• 📧 E-Tickets: Your tickets will be emailed to you 3-5 days before your chosen event (be sure to check your junk/spam folder).
• 🛑 Limit: You can only claim a maximum of one pair of tickets per customer for a single fixture.

📜 Key Rules & Conditions

• 🔞 Age Requirement: You must be 18 or over to apply.
• 🪪 ID Required: You will need to show proof of identity at the entrance that matches the name on your e-ticket.
• 🚗 Extras Not Included: The offer strictly covers entry; travel, parking, and other expenses are your own responsibility.
• 🌦️ Weather Dependent: Horse racing is subject to the weather. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the tickets cannot be transferred to an alternative date or refunded.
