An ID or identifiable proof matching the details of the visitor as the recipient of one above listed will be required on arrival.
Kew Gardens / Wakehurst – £1 ticketsUniversal Credit and Pension Credit – You will need to present proof of either your Universal Credit, Pension Credit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) on arrival.
