1. Visit your nearest participating UNIQLO store: 311 Oxford Street, 1 Oxford Street, Regent Street
2. Make sure you have the UNIQLO App downloaded, and you have created a UNIQLO account
3. Scan the QR code in-store
4. Fill out the form
5. Speak to a member of staff to receive your FREE sample (no purchase necessary) in your chosen size and colour. Available while stocks last.
   
   Additionally: Within two weeks, you’ll receive a survey via email. By completing the survey, you’ll be entered into a draw with the chance of winning (1 of 10) UNIQLO vouchers worth £200
