Instant win: Provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen. Those provisional winners will then receive a confirmation email sent to the email address used at time of entry within 3 working days. Winning email will contain a unique claim link when clicked which will take them to a cash prize claim form to claim their £500 (or € equivalent) prize. To claim a cash prize the winner will need to provide their bank account name, number and sort code (or for Republic of Ireland Winners, IBAN and BIC).  

Wrap Up Draw: The provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection. Winners must provide evidence of identity and eligibility within 14 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner from all remaining entries in the Wrap Up Draw, with the originally selected Winner forfeiting their right to the prize.

If a Winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that/the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner.

Cash prizes will usually be sent within 14 days from the date of claim (i.e. the date that you click on your claim link and provide your bank details) but in the unlikely event that a cash prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of the winner claiming their prize, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at nowalkersnogame@promotioncustomerservices.com.
